I'm having some trouble connecting my laptop to my new monitor. The laptop is a Dell Latitude 5500, i tried to use the "Usb hub" cable that came with the monitor but i got this message from windows: "Display connection might be limited" and nothing is showed on the monitor. The PC also has a USB-C port with the "Display Port" logo, i tried to use a USB-C - Display port adapter using the display port cable provided with the monitor but windows gave me the same message and looks like the monitor is not detected. HDMI works just fine. Am i doing something wrong?
