Hello,
I have owned this Samsung Galaxy Book for just over a year now and I am experiencing issues with it charging. The only time it will charge is when the charger is in a certain position. (Cable going over the screen)
I am not sure if it is the charging port itself or the charging cable. I have tried other chargers but they do not work. Will samsung fix this if I take it to them? This was purchased new from Three as part of a mobile data plan. Do I need to take it to them?

This is the position the charger is in for it to charge.

It's repairable but it will more than likely be at your cost, your better off trying your luck at three but it all depends on what warranty came with the laptop.
