Hello! I have updated bios using samsung device care. After this, I have noticed that charging time is now 4 hours. I can say for sure that everything was ok before this update, and my battery is OK as well (I use my laptop not often, so there can be around 100 charging cycles).
I'm using stock travel adapter and cable, and I don't have any harmful soft on my device. I could not get any help from online support since they don't want to help me cause I Iive in Ukraine.
It seems now I have to realize that my laptop needs several hours to charge and nothing can be done. As soon as you cant downgrade bios version, and master reset will not help....may be samsung wants me to buy a new laptop every year even if I use the device seldom and very carefully. I'm completely dissatisfied and very disappointed with this situation - yesterday your pc works great and today its almost useless since you need 12...15 hours to discharge it (7...8 hours if you are working with some 3d CAD soft) and freaking 4 hours+ to charge. Time is money and I don't think I can always have enough free time for charging. It was very good to have 0-80% in 1 hour (dinner break).
What is more, if I shut down my laptop, charging time is ok - 80% in 60 minutes. But 4 freaking hours if i am using pc (it does not matter what tasks am I doing- standby without any active programms or playing hard 3d games). So its 100% software problem.
Any solutions available for me? Or i should look for another manufacturer with better support and without "special" updates?
