I bought this chromebooks in the US, now in UK. Trackpad stops working frequently. Works with Bluetooth mouse, but then will start jumping all over the place like the touch pad is trying to do something. Will work for a while after turning on, but not for long normally. Have tried power washing twice as well.
I don't believe this device was available in the UK, not sure how I go about getting support/fixing it? Otherwise I love this chromebooks, but this makes it barely usable.
Any advice? Tried the drumroll thing, no luck.
