Samsung Galaxy book 2 pro Laptops touchpad works in BIOS but not in Windows

Hi Team, 

I’ve been experiencing an unusual issue for the past couple of weeks where my touchpad has suddenly stopped working. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, but none have resolved the problem so far:

1. The touchpad works fine in the BIOS, but not in Windows 11.
2. I have uninstalled and updated the HID-compliant mouse multiple times without success.
3. I have updated and installed all the Samsung software updates, but this hasn’t helped either.

Please help.

I have the exact same issue.  The issue started when Windows 24H2 was installed.
