Samsung Galaxy book 3 won't power on flashing red green light

4 months now my Samsung Galaxy book 3 will not power on blank screen. No lights or occasionally a red and green flashing light on the power port. Does anyone know the solution for this? I've seen many posts with similar issues but no solution

Sounds like it may need to be looked at.
At a guess it could be the battery.
But maybe get in touch with Samsung Customer Support to look at booking it in for a repair

Also make sure the charging port is clean.

I can honestly tell you it's the battery, I'm changing the battery on my granddaughters one, plus they are not expensive
