11 Jan I contacted Samsung about my laptop which had dented corners after they had fixed it. I took photos before I sent it off where the laptop is in pristine condition. Since then I've had no proper help in working this out. I've asked to see the photos they took upon receipt of the laptop to try and track when they damaged my laptop. I'm just directed to their user unfriendly glitchy website. Samsung are messing me about royally
