Samsung book 4 device care service wont turn on and isn't letting me use Samsung device care

I've clicked ok and restarted my laptop a lot of times but it still wont turn on or work. I have the latest windows updates and this started happening after a Samsung bios update. Any fix?

Hi, so I've found a solution. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. And it worked

I tried everything suggested here. No luck. Then i realised i had C Cleaner installed and it was running in the background. Uninstalled it. Voila! Samsung Device Care works perfectly.

Oo, mines fixed now since I factory resetted but I'll see if I have c cleaner installed, does it come factory installed or is it something u downloaded urself? If u downloaded it urself then I 100% dont have it but I'll see if I do when I get back to my house (at lake district rn 🔥🔥)

Hello... I was in the same situation and what I did was uninstall it from the apps and download it again from Samsung Book Experience and it worked.
