Samsung book 2 pro 360 cracked screen

Good morning

my galaxy screen cracked. I just opened it and it cracked. never had a shock or never fell.

samsung does not want to change the screen under warranty even though it is a design defect!!

This is a known issue and a reason I avoided the 360 and went Book 2 Pro, even then you must be careful how you hold the device or the same issue.

It is the price we have to pay for such impossibly thin devices, but I love mine.

Another thought, take it up formally with Samsung and file a claim if they disagree.

This happened to me too, I want to fix it myself but I cant find any parts online for it!

Well its a lesson learnt, don't buy laptops from Samsung only framework!

samsung knows the problem but does not want to act in guarantee! never again samsung also for the tv and telephone .... the after sale servive is poor and they don't believe you . it's not very professional for samsung !!!
