Potable SSD T7 Touch

Hi,

I bought a T7 Touch to backup data. Somebody installed in administrator the SamsungPortableSSD_Setup_Win_1.0 software, but I need to used the SSD with user accounts.

I configured SSD with PassWord and fingerprint (restricted person number). With my own WIN10 account I succeed to unlock the SSD with fingerprint but how to unlock with password ?

We are several people who need to access the data without fingerprint. 

Note that with personal WIN account the installed samsung utility (Samsung Portable SSD Software 1.0) gereates a dialogbox to specify that administrateur rigth are required, but I don't have this rigth.

The software allows you to change to password only.Right clicking and running the app as administrator should allow this

Yes I agree with you but for user that fingerprint is not record who know the password and who do not have administrator rights how to access the disk?

When I select T7 touch how enter pasword to unlock the HDD ?
