I have Galaxy Book2 Pr laptop since Dec 2022.
I use it for web browsing and browsing photos for possibly couple of hours per day - max 10 per week and sometimes it is not used for days.
Today I noticed fingerprint/power button overheated to the level that it is so hot that after touching I got blister.
The button it is still so hot after 3hrs (update - 4hrs now and I am worried to go to bed) that it cannot be touched for more than 3 seconds!!!!
Laptop is now disconnected from power and turned off for safety reason but it is not cooling down at all and it is still dangerously hot! I tried to turn it on but nothing happens; completely no response.
Vents are clean as new and issue affects this button only and surrounding buttons are reasonably cool.
I am now worried about leaving it on its own in case something happens.
Laptop is in mint and like new condition so I completely do not understand how could this have happened?
Any advice regarding this issue.
