Bought a brand new G93SC monitor, it arrived an hour ago and I am already having issues. You would think after the absolute dumpster fire of an experience that I had with my G7 a few years ago that I would stay away from Samsung forever, however the deal was too good to pass on so I decided to take a chance, fully expecting Samsungs horrific QC to strike again, and it appears that it has. God I hate this company.
Anyway, I am going to just hope that the issue is me being an *****.
The screen does not display anything. The PC detects the monitor, the red LED is on solid and my G7 even flashes the way a second monitor does when the PC detects a monitor being plugged in.
I have tried all the included display cables, I have used a brand new UGREEN 8K HDMI 1.4 cable. I have tried doing all the combinations of holding the power button, unplugging it etc.
I have installed the drivers, I have NOT tried updating firmware as the on screen menu doesnt even display.
I have tried plugging it into my laptop.
Nothing has allowed me to see even an inkling of a picture.
Am I doing something wrong?

OK, this post might not need to be open now. I fixed it with some screaming at the monitor and some aggressive button mashing on the power button. Not a clue what was going on but at least I have a picture now.
