Secondly what are you using to charge, is it the genuine supplied charger and cable?

I have exactly the same problem with my Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 using the original cable and adapter. I think it happened after a Windows update or Samsung firmware update and is not hardware related.

It started charging again like normal after I unplugged it and did a full shutdown (shift + shutdown). I still don’t know what caused it but I’ve had no problems since then.

That's definitely not what I'd expect, @congavri. If you're based in the UK, I'd recommend going through the steps outlined on the self-service repair portal here:
https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
Just choose the Computing option > Galaxy Book. You will then be taken on a repair journey, as it were. If the steps do not help you resolve this, you will be able to book a repair. Should that need to be arranged, our Product Specialists will call you to advise you about the next steps.

Hi, My Galaxy book pro 360 does not charge since yesterday. The battery has now gone dead. It was charging fine up until this afternoon. When plugged in with orignal charger no light comes on to indicate it is plugged in.
Any idea on what to do from here. I'm located in Ireland

Hi my galaxy book pro 360 doesn’t charge either when I plug it in the red light keeps flashing, I’ve tried making sure no dust etc, tried 2 different Samsung chargers which both work to charge my phone, nothing seems to work and it’s only 2 yrs old, I need help, any ideas? Did you get your issue sorted? I’m in England.
