Spoke to live chat this morning only to get fobbed off with ringing support, huge wait time so decided to seek help here. The problem I have appears to be a dirt/smudge mark on the screen, the mark is not present on the desktop image or on my laptop but appears on the monitor, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. The monitor is less than 3 weeks old.
