I own the LC27RG50FQUXEN monitor (the 240Hz model), but I’m unable to find any firmware updates for it. I’ve been experiencing severe G-Sync issues ever since I bought the monitor in 2019. I’m still on version 1001.1, which was one of the first firmware versions released for this model.
Many users report that the problem also persists in version 1003. Unfortunately, there are no official download links for newer firmware versions, except for a 1004 update available only on the Korean Samsung website, found here.
I need help obtaining the latest firmware version. I haven’t been able to use G-Sync for YEARS. The only workaround I’ve found is to cap my refresh rate at 120Hz or 200Hz using a custom resolution in the Nvidia Control Panel, but I purchased this monitor specifically to use it at 240Hz, so this defeats the purpose.
