Keyboard/Mouse not functioning through CJ89 Monitor

Monitor is new and has been set-up today.

Keyboard & mouse not working with the PC and Mac that are connected to the monitor, I have checked with them individually and with PiP/PBP mode and no response. I have tried different keyboards with no luck. I have also tried connecting directly into TV and via a USB hub with no success.

When my phone is connected to monitor through USBc they work on the phone screen (phone doesn't display on monitor).

The USB ports are providing a charge to devices.

Any help would be appreciated.

I didn't realise all the cables that were required.

You need a USB cable going from each computer to a USB c slot on TV.
Connect Mouse/Keyboard to tv USB port.
Connect HDMI / DisplayPort cable from computers to Monitor.

You can play about with which USB C belongs to which display in monitor settings.
