Just had another EVO 860 die. Not only won't boot but even stops the PC getting to the BIOS screen.
How do I get a replacement? I have all the details (serial no. etc.) but I can't find anywhere on the website where I can file a claim. The live chat doesn't appear to be working at the moment. Also the 'Email the CEO' just says 'Page unauthenticated calls.'. No idea what that means.

No I didn't. I don't actually know which shop I bought it from but it is within the warranty so I was expecting Samsung to honor it.
Btw, I tried to 'reply' but got the error: "Post flooding detected (community received posts of a unique message more than 1 times within 3,600 seconds)"
