I have 380mb/s read speed and 80mb/s write speed, this is a brand new SSD and I just installed it on brand new windows and it has absolutely poor speeds. I am using SATA 3 Cables.
Does anyone have a fix or know how to fix this otherwise I am going to return it.

This is expected behavior if you write more than about 10–20 GB in 8 minutes or less. QVO drives have fast SLC cache sized 10–40 GB depending on the exact model you have and about 80 MB/s write speed to internal QLC data storage.
These drives are designed to be used for bursty write workloads where you don't exceed about 10 GB per 8 minutes. If you do exceed that, the performance will fall from around 450 MB/s read and write to 350 MB/s for reading and 80 MB/s for writing.
If you have degraded performance, let the drive idle for 8 minutes and it will work fast again until you exceed the 10 GB in 8 minutes level next time.

Hi, I had something similar. Replacing the SATA cable solved it, possibly the used cable had a defect.
