Help! Samsung notebook won't turn on after opening

Samsung Notebook Series 5 NP530U4B won't turn on after it was opened to fix the rattling noise from inside.  The hard drive & RAM were removed & with a little shake, a loose small plastic came off (the rattling noise culprit!). The hard drive & RAM were put back but now it won't turn on. Even with the adapter plugged it still won't turn on). There is a very faint noise when I push the power button (like the usual sound when powering it on in normal working condition) but it goes away quickly  and nothing happens..it just won't turn on anymore. Appreciate any help! 🥺 😫
