Fn lock turns off after restart

Previously on my #Galaxy Book3 Pro , the function (fn) lock would remain enabled even after restarting

However, about 3 weeks ago, it has started to automatically disable itself after every restart, requiring me to manually enable it each time.

Any way to keep to fix it or any way to get around it?

RadarTech on YouTube discusses this; I just bought a Book3 Pro 360, and mine does the same thing (even after updates) - but only if i restart the machine - if i do a full shutdown, then the Fn lock holds..strange...but exactly was RaderTech said
