Hi @Egg1 ,
Just to add to this, upon inspection, there was no fault found and it was in perfect condition. Happy to PM you some evidence if that helps. When testing, no defect was found and nothing has been replaced - you're just getting your working display sent back to you
Of course, please reach out if you have any other queries.

My apologies, I misunderstood.
So, the TFT panel has been replaced, as per your claim that there was a defect, even though we couldn't reproduce it in the repair centre. Just for clarity though, there was (and is) no fire risk whatsoever with the monitor and if need, we can show you evidence of such via PM.
Again, apologies for the confusion, hopefully that clears things up!

Getting sillier by the reply now.
Also I didn't accept your answer as the solution... yet there it is.

Hey Egg1
The replacement wasn't random - we decided that instead of sending it back to you, for you to still have the issue, we decided to replace the part a as a failsafe to 100% confirm that you would have no issues with said part when using it. As I said, we did lots of tests, but couldn't reproduce the issue.
I've also removed the 'Solution', I'll not put one for now - again, feel free to let me know if you have any other issues/comments or if there's anything I can do! Either here or via PM.

I suppose you must mean by going on the photo of said faulty item malfunctioning, which was put through many tests with different input devices, updated firmware and even after a factory reset over the course of a week, yet persisted.
I would be very happy to receive my monitor fully functioning and tested, surely this is the time for solution issuing?
