Hi. I'm hoping someone can help me. I got this printer second hand, X4250LX, with the assurance that it prints double sided, as that's what I need it for. Despite me selecting it to print double sided on the computer, and also doing it on the screen of the printer, it is still only printing single sided. I'm wasting so much paper trying to sort this! Can anyone offer advice on what I can do please. I don't want to have to get rid of the printer as it took forever to get people to move it up 2 flights of stairs for me, and I desperately need it to print double sided for me. I'm not the most technically knowledgeable either. Many thanks

This is what I'm selecting when I'm trying to print (above)
I can't remember how I got the screen up on the printer now.

Yes, I know. I went to HP and ordered their technical help, but at the moment, I'm not getting anywhere with that, as I'm stuck on whatsapp with a virtual assistant going round in circles. When I phoned the number provided after payment, I can't get through to a real person, it advises me to leave a message, which I can't do as I can't access the serial number, and it only gives hp options. And whatsapp was the second option, but that's going round and round in circles as mentioned

Thank-you for your help. This is what it did, it printed the 2 pages on one side.

This might be it? When I've changed it (the bit where it says none to flip on short edge), then pressed apply, the following comes up:
