Hi community I wish to pass Data from my Samsung Galaxy A5 to any laptop. It's not working with either my Macbook or my hp laptop. I can't connect via USB or via bluetooth. Please can someone help me. Thanks!

hello there
first, enable USB Storage Connection Mass Storage Mode
dial *#0808# on phone
USB → AP → USB Settings → select MTP +ADB
second, install Smart Switch to laptop to install the drivers
no need to use the app as we only need the driver so the laptop can recognise the phone

You can try using MacDroid to transfer data between your Samsung Galaxy A5 and your MacBook via USB.
