Is there anyway of making a complaint against Samsung. The help system just seems to feed you in a loop and Live chat don't seem to understand the issue.

I ordered a Item on the 26th of June (Computer Monitor) and it arrived with a defective screen. Samsung arranged a return and collected it on the 1st of July. This was the earliest they could do despite me asking for it to be sooner. I was told the item replacement would take 7-10 days to arrive back with me. Since speaking to other agents I have been told that they haven't received the order yet and that it would be 7-10 days after they have received the item back in the warehouse and not from my initial contact. I contacted a agent again today regarding a update and apparently the item is still with the courier despite being picked up on the 1st of July. I've been told that they have 7-10 working days to send it back them. then a further 7-10 working days for Samsung to process the replacement. I think this is very wrong for a item I have paid for and have nothing.
