CLX Printer problem

Anybody know why I get a vertical screen – like scratches – on printouts from my CLX-4195FW printer (and how to get rid of them)?

Hard to say without an inspection. My guess is the transfer belt needs replacing.

I have the same printer and replaced mine a few months back. If you are methodical you can do this yourself.

Thanks, Pugs – that'd be great: you're right about being methodical: replaced after about an hour's of careful bum-scratching. But I think I also need to clean the adjacent (rubber-coated?) roller and a manual would be handy.
