I've been trying to register my new 28" 4K monitor, but the system won't accept either my serial number, which is definitely correct (zeros have a slash through them, so there's no mistaking them for letters) or my model code - it says both are invalid. Because of that, I'm unable to get any further with a query I have about the monitor not waking up sometimes. There doesn't seem to be any way to contact them without the S/N or model code. Thanks for any advice.
