Camera Updates, cant up/down load photos even on FB

Camera is frozen, images won't up or down load, every time Samsung does an update it screws things up, fuming

That's not what we like to hear, @Topbusdriver. Could you give us the model code of your camera please? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

oi hi, apologies for massively late reply, didn't know I had a message, anyway I've restart a few time's, mainly seem to freeze if I access camera quickly from home screen, also if I try to snap off a few photos in quick succession it freezes & how do I find out ref model code?? ive found its version 10.5.03.14
