27" Odyssey G30A Gaming Monitor

Hi!

Recently bought a new monitor for gaming.

Wanted to upgrade the firmware of it and register the product, but as it seems the serial number is not valid and I cannot even find the right monitor model in the Drivers & Manuals search bar.

The information window on my monitor says my model code is : LS27AG30

Cant seem to get anything working lately, thought the firmware upgrade might help me fix the DisplayPort problem as its not working correct.

Need help......

If you have issues do not delay in sending it back, the QA on their monitors is horrible and they will avoid repairing at all costs... Small problems eventually get worse and if you wait, they will find a way to blame you for it or charge you to even look at it.... just be careful, Samsung is not what they used to be, ive been waiting on a resolution for ages for my monitor and I do not expect one anymore
