@ApocalypseRogue7122 Glad you have been fortunate with on site repair, process not always straightforward due to availability though. Will be somewhat frustrating if only elegible for partial refund.

In US they only accept the unit to be sent in..i am disabled and can not carry a 70lb unit to ups....
they flatly refuse in home repairs
