We purchased the Q90 soundbar less than 10 days ago and everything worked okay until two days ago. Sound bar is connected via HDMI ARC. We unplugged the sound bar, left it for about 10 minutes and then plugged it in again. Unplugged woofer and did the same. Did the Id reset until red light blinks, then followed by blue light blinking. Pressed "up" button on remote and blue light steady. Still nothing coming from woofer. Soundbar working okay!
Contacted Samsungwho eventually advsied su to contact the delaer as there was nothing further they coudl do to rectify the issue with the woofer. This is supposed to be a premium product to match up witht eh Q90 TV yet within days it has gone faulty! We are not happy and woudl appreciate it if any one can advise? Thanks.

It does sound as though you've followed the set up proceedure correctly and that there may be an issue with the Subwoofer. Have you spoken to the retailer?
