I have a Samsung S61B soundbar but I cannot get Apple Music to play on it? It says it’s not compatible with this device?
It’s all registered on my Alexa account and all other Alexa devices work apart from this one?
any ideas? I saw someone suggest registering on my Samsung phone but I have an iPhone so not much help.

Just trying to use it via Alexa so effectively saying Alexa play Apple Music

Same problem here. I have successfully activated Alexa on the soundbar, linked the account with Apple Music. I can ask Alexa to play Apple Music on the Amazon Echos, but when I try to do it (again via voice command) on the soundbar (Q950A), it says the device is not supported. Please Samsung help!!!
