Hello
I just bought a new HW-Q90R soundbar which connects to my QLED 75 inch TV from last year.
Soundbar works ok and sounds great but I cant see the soundbar on my smartthings app, also cant load the USB to get firmware so I think I have WIFI option from soundbar defective.
Smartthings sticks at 39%.
When I go to the Media mart store then my app will see and install the soundbar ok so just not my device.
Does anyone have ideas for this?

Hi @gdavidso,
Does your router use both 2.4 and 5GHz? You could limit it to only 2.4, since that works best.

I had already tried this but today I just managed to fix the issue.
What I eventually had to do was switch off the wifi part of my mobile phone, then scann for device in the app and at 39% I then had the option to press the (-) volume button then connect to my home network.
I think the issue was maybe my wifi provider has some firewall or extra secuity.
