@Billsanste: I'm a bit confused, as Smart Hub is a pre-installed app, and shouldn't require you to download it. If you have connected the TV to the internet via Menu > Network > Network Settings then can you try pressing the Smart Hub button on your remote control (coloured cube symbol) to see if it takes you to the Set Up Screen? For more information, please check page 7 of the user manual.
Thanks, I've tried pressing the smarthub button on my remote, it goes into setup mode then download smarthub, but continues trying to download for hours, my download speed is 62mbs. I also tried smarthub diagnostics and that is when it came up with the error code 7117.
