My Samsung Soundbar Q930B has issues with the volume dropping intermittently. It’s hard to describe, but when using surround mode, the audio seems to shift from the surround speakers back to the main soundbar, losing the immersive effect. Sometimes, the surround speakers continue to work, but the dialogue volume from the actors in movies fluctuates, going up and down inconsistently. My tv is Samsung QE65QN90BATX
I have read hundreds of threads and tried everything. Tried disconnecting, resetting, reconfiguring, getting the bar really close to the speakers, tried HDMI, Bluetooth, Optical Cable. It is always the same. I honestly dont know what else to do.
