Samsung soundbar q90r eARC problem

Hi guys, do you have any problem with soundbar q90r for eARC ? I can't get eARC when i plug in HDMI eARC/ARC in my TV, does anyone have solved this problem ? I need your help

I've already update the software on both

Tv : Sony X900H
