I’ve had this soundbar for a few months and no matter if it’s in the ARC, Bluetooth or Wi-fi the sound always drops out for a half second every 20-30 mins or more it’s really irritating I’m wondering if it’s a faulty unit that I could send back as it’s in warranty or if there is something else I can do.

@lokisgold: I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Is the problem occurring on all channels, sources and apps? Do you have any eco solutions set up on the TV that might be interfering with the connection (Settings > General > Eco Solution)?

nothing on the eco solution seems to be sound related but they are not on anyway. It does it with sky but also Netflix, I have turned the adaptive sound off and set to standard as I wonder if it was this?
