When did you plan to do something with that popular issue? People around the world have problem with the disconnecting rear speakers and sub. Sometimes it need to be re-paired few times i a row to start working again. The problem is totally random so there is no way to proof it on warranty. Now i have those system third year and still no firmware update to solve the problem. What do you waiting for? when do you solve that issue ? Resetting the whole system, re-pairing it do not solve the problem because it happen over and over again. This not a distance problem just hardware or software! The last firmware is 1007.5 and it change nothing in that case.
There is the same issue with the Q90R and you solved the problem, what about people with the N950?
