S800B Soundbar Alexa Stopped Working

Alexa was working perfectly. Now it no longer responds to voice commands - no lights appear. Restarted the devices, disconnected and readded Alexa in both Samsung and Alexa apps. Mic is on. Very frustrating, any ideas welcomed.

Same issue on my brand new S801B... No response to voice commands and no lights when I say "Alexa"

What a piece of junk... Wasted 24 hours trying to troubleshoot and no luck... Reached out to samsung and they will respond in 3 days 😞

Got the same behavior, tried everything, reset, update, delete...nothing works, but I can the notifications from Alexa, so it's connected, but the microphones are dead....
