My Soundbar S20 2024 is running software version 10160.
I have the location set to my home address in the UK and Language set to 'English - United Kingdom'
BUT ... For some reason it randomly sets the Language to 'English - United States' which not only changes the voice (not particularly important) but also changes it's response to 'Play Radio 4' from playing 'BBC Radio Four' to play 'JAM 24 Radio'.
I then use Alexa app on my phone to reset to 'English - United Kingdom' and all is well... until some random time/days later when it resets again to USA!
Any help appreciated.

Ensure your soundbar is running the latest firmware. Perform a factory reset to eliminate any software glitches.

I have a similar problem on the Q990D, in my case it randomly reverts from Italian to English. Please let me know if you found a fix!

I think I found the solution. For a reason that beats me, Smart Things has TWO settings for language (plus the one in the Alexa app). The first is voice guidance in the main settings screen, the other one is hidden behind a few menus. Touching the "Services" tab, you have a bunch of options, including "Alexa Settings". IN THERE there is a "Language" menu where you can "choose favorite Alexa language". Mine was set in "English US", now I set on Italian and it stayed like this for the past few days.
It's really a pity no one from Samsung seems to be aware.
