Q800b volume goes up automatically

Hi,

I have bought a Q800b soundbar few months ago. Since yesterday the volume of the soundbar is going to maximum automatically randomly. This happens when I try to increase the volume using the remote but not always. This also happens for no reason also.

But if I try to press the +/- buttons on the soundbar then the volume will go to maximum every time.

Has anyone faced this issue?

That's strange, have you updated the software on the Smarthings app ? also sounds silly but power it right off on the wall and back on again. Also, try putting the remote control in another room, could be a button getting stuck
