My Q800A woofer started making a high pitched noise and then stopped working totally.
I have tried 3 different inputs, full reset, removed power to bar and woofer but the woofer seems dead.
The woofer is synching , blue lights are on and the remote and smart things app both show the woofer is connected.
Anything i can try to see if the woofer is not totally dead ?

@MorneJ: If the LED on the back of the woofer is a solid blue to show that it is connected to the soundbar, please try pressing the Woofer button on the remote contol, or tilting it upwards to increase the bass level, to see if this helps at all. For further steps on how to manually connect the subwoofer, please refer to page 13 of the user manual by following the link below.
