Hi, im having a problem using the soundbar q930c and the smart TV samsung qn90b.
3 weeks ago, the soundbar started to work erratically. It takes 10 minutes before any sound came out, also I can't change the source (for example bt or wifi), the volume up or down is lagged and the turn off (10 or 15 seconds of "bye" mensage)
Furthermore the int comand of pressing + and - isn't working.
Btw i tried do an fireware update... whiteout results
I have the soundbar connected by hdmi-eArc
Any idea is welcome 🙏
