Music Frame BT issue

2nd time this has happened. Music frame dropped off wifi so had to reset, now it can’t be setup. I don’t see it in my list of BT devices and SmartThings setup says to turn on the device to setup. It plays sample music fine. It’s like BT has just switched off, I’ve reset many times, set it to BT. Audible prompts are fine. Last time I had to swap it in BB, the 2nd frame works fine after reset. Tried a diff device for setup still no joy. Anyone have similar issues? Suggestions? I know Samsung support will just tell me to send it back to them for inspection first.

Does it only work off BT not WIFI
