I am having issues with my T650 woofer.

Hello my name is Raymond and I recently bought the Samsung T650 and in less than a year the woofer is acting up. The red and blue light keep blinking n I keep reconnecting it but it keeps losing contact. Also the woofer doesn’t come On it tries to but then it will fail. My question is what’s the way forward!!
