Hi,

I'm facing with a display issue with Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 and Samsung HW-Q995F soundbar.

My setup is : Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 -> Samsung HW-Q995F soundbar -> LG Oled CX TV.

If i set the display frequency above 50 Hz, i have the display issue as the attached photos :IMG_1431.jpgIMG_1432.jpg

If i enable dolby vision, it solve the issue. The another issue is when a plug the Philips Hue Sync Box 8k like this :

Nvidia Shield Pro 2019 ->  Philips Hue Sync Box 8k -> Samsung HW-Q995F soundbar -> LG Oled CX TV.

The issue with this setup is that Netflix or Disney+ app are not able to display steaming content in Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos, and show me an error message. If content are in 4k not in Dolby Vision or Dolby Atmos, it works flawless.

Please fix it with firmware update !

The last setup worked perfectly with my previous Samsung HW-Q950T soundbar.

Hi
I believe you need Netflix Premium for (dolby) streaming

Both Netflix and Disney+ offer content in Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. Netflix requires a Premium subscription to access Dolby Atmos, while Disney+ makes it available at no extra cost for all subscribers with compatible devices a content. Both platforms have a variety of titles available in these formats, with the Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos badges appearing next to supported content.

I have netflix premium and disney+ premium subsciptions. The issue is not here because I worked with my previous soundbar Samsung HW-Q950T and not with the new one Samsung HW-Q995F
