I've recently bought a new soundbar - HW-Q800A, but from the start have had issues setting it up. Currently, I cannot get it connected to WiFi netowork. SmartThings App recognises new equipment and starts the set up process, but ends up with an error as the product cannot be registered to my Samsung Account. I've tried the fix solutions provided on the app - (switch off the soundbar, restart the router etc) - but nothing has worked.
Anyone experiencing the same issue?

There are two small buttons at the under side of the soundbar, network and ID set. Before you press them you have to press a button 'WPS' on the router, then press and hold the two buttons on the soundbar individually for a few seconds. See if that will work for you.
