HW-Q70T - Volume control problem

I am having a strange problem with volume control for my HW-Q70T. Basically, when I am using the TV remote, it sometimes stops me from lowering the volume below 10. I can still use the TV remote to increase the volume and then go back down to 10, but it just won't go below that. To make things even more strange, it sometimes works without a problem.

Really confused by this behavior. Any suggestions?

Setup is straight forward with the TV being directly connected to the HW-Q70T. The TV remote also turns on the sound bar as expected.

Try & reset the soundbar first . Turn on the soundbar, then press & hold simultaneously volume + & volume - directly on the soundbar

Hi did you ever get to the bottom of this. I have just bought this soundbar and have exactly the same problem. I've tred resetting it as the reply suggested which works at first but it soon goes back to not allowing you to go below a certain volume
