I’ve had my HW-Q60C 3.1 Channel Q-Series soundbar and subwoofer for 1 month and I’ve been having distortion issues with the subwoofer. I have it connected to my Class Q60C QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV. I’ve checked all updates for the TV and soundbar, everything is up to date. Still not sure why the subwoofer sounds distorted. I have to put the subwoofer on -12 to watch movies with distortion in the background. Wondering has anyone else experienced this issue or do I just have a faulty subwoofer. @Support

Gotcha, I definitely have the power connection in secure so that box is checked. I got this from Best Buy but I have the warranty so I’ll be utilizing that.
