I've recently bought a Samsung QLed Q60R and a Samsung HW-N300 soundbar.....both are working fine. However I cannot control the volume of the HW-N300 soundbar with my TV remote. On first pruchase it seemed to work ok and then it got patchy and now doesn't work at all (soundbar remote works fine). The soundbar connects with Bluetooth. I've tried re-pairing the device and I've also tried holding down the Bass button down on the SB remote for 5 seconds to switch between "All TV", "Off" and "Samsung TV" - this worked once and now has reverted back to not working at all.
As i said it connects and works fine but I would like to control the volume from one remote rather than have 2 remote (3 inlcuding my SKy remote).
Any help appreciated!
