htj4500 No sound at all

Hello all,

I have an ht-j4500 home theatre system. Suddenly the device does not produce any sound regardless of the function it's in. I have not tested the blu-ray. Did anyone ever had the same problem? The firmware is the latest (1017.3) and a reset to factory settings did not do the trick. Does it seem like a hardware issue to you?
